Weekly Hot News Podcast, March 29, 2021

Our youngest learners will return to the classroom on Monday, March 29th, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see them! As a reminder, students in grades PreK through 2 participating in the hybrid model will attend school on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; on Wednesdays they will participate in CDL. The hybrid model for students in grades 3 through 6 will begin the week of April 5th with students attending in person two days per week - either Mondays and Thursdays or Tuesdays and Fridays, based on the first letter of their last name - and participating in CDL on the other three days. Wednesday through Friday, March 31st through April 2nd, teachers of grades 3 through 6 will be setting up their classrooms and technology, going through district- and school-level trainings, and preparing for the return of students the following week. On those three days, grades 3 through 6 students will engage in asynchronous learning via CDL. Attendance will still be taken. Look for additional return-to-school planning details in our update on Wednesday, March 31st, and visit our website for all the latest information.
