In this week’s episode, I am joined by psychotherapist, Staci Sprout.  Staci works with people healing from sex and love addictions, and came to this work through her own recovery.  She works with people of all genders who are struggling with harmful sexual behaviors and relationships, and supports them in healing.  During this chat, we dive into her journey healing from sex addiction and joining a 12 step recovery program, how to navigate sexual abuse and trauma, and ways we can foster our own healing.
