Tools for Revenue Generation Workshop
Many networks identify revenue generation as a key component of sustainability; this workshop will demonstrate how the ‘Product of Service Designer’ tool can effectively be used by network leaders to explore how the network can meet member and partners’ needs, ultimately leading to sustainability. Once the product and service ideas have been generated using the ‘Product and Service Designer’, the ‘Business Model Canvas Generator’ tool can help a network make wise decisions. By the end of the workshop, network leaders will have two new tools to use towards sustainability.
