Becca Stevens, Founder of Thistle Farms
Following the death of her father and subsequent child abuse when she was five, Becca Stevens dedicated herself to creating a loving community for survivors. In 1997 she opened Thistle Farms. Thistle Farms is a women's residence that provides free housing, medical care, therapy and education. In addition, the Global Market of Thistle Farms helps employ more than 1,800 women worldwide.
