ATaT/Time Warner Merger Deal with Hemant Bhargava and Herbert Hovenkamp

ATaT is in acquisition talks with Time Warner. ATaT says it won't sell CNN nor other key assets as it's acquisition attempts. Earlier this week the Justice Department suggested a sale of the Cable News Network or Direct TV prior to the administration's approval of the $85 billion merger. Host Dan Loney talks with Herbert Hovenkamp, Professor at Wharton and Penn Law, and Hemant Bhargava, Wharton Alum and Professor of Technology Management at UC Davis, to discuss the specifics of the deal on Knowledge@Wharton.
