Once he got to Tulane, kids were amazed by carnival, but for him it was old news! CREATING A LIFE James Reiss, who Vinnie knew, became the King Carnival. This kid lifted himself by his bootstraps and became someone. He got his stuff together in a difficult life, became a marine, and has since found success. His sister also opened the Blue Jean Bar which has since opened 12 locations and she has found success, too. Both kids have made the best for themselves despite the odds.
