Time to WAKE UP ????
As I was conducting essential tools run the other day I witnessed some really poor leadership. Micromanaging employees in front of customers is NEVER ok. Whether you have good intentions or not your actions matter. Today I discuss the need for servant leadership at this time. Build your employees up more than ever. Speaking to them as if they’re lucky to have a job at all is unfair and unkind. If you run into people who are essential at this time gasssss them up in a way they’ve never seen.
