Privilege: A Matter of Trust
Often discussed but also frequently misinterpreted is Attorney-Client Privilege and attorney Work Product. Clients of attorneys and even private investigators working under an attorney’s direction need to have a clear understanding of what these terms mean conceptually and practically.
