Wendi and Dfernando's seventh episode and their guest interview is with Emmy Award nominated comic actress, writer, and singer-musician Kerri Kenney-Silver. Kerry Kenney-Silver began her career in New York City, where she not only became involved with the sketch comedy troupe The State at NYU (alongside her friend Thomas Lennon) but also created the acclaimed indie rock girl band Cake Like, where she sang lead and played bass guitar. The State later became a sketch comedy show on MTV, which segued to her creating and starring in Comedy Central's VIVA VARIETY, then countless TV appearances followed including MIRACLE WORKERS, SUPERSTORE, 2 BROKE GIRLS, Netflix's A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS and LOVE, BOB'S BURGERS to her most well-known role, Emmy Award nominated Deputy Trudy Wiegel on the now-classic RENO 911!
