Johnny Zito met me at Union Square park where we had a great talk about comedy, both standup and improv, screenwriting, and the nature of the creative process. Johnny was the first person to ever book me on a show and he runs a room that has become a staple of the underground of comedy in Brooklyn. I picked his brain because this guy has been around, whatever you do, don't sleep on Johnny Zito.
