016: On The days I don't want to be a mom anymore.

 
So…. for the first time ever on the podcast I’m talking about how I shift my energy and make sh!+ happen on the days I don’t want to be a mom. On the days when I’ve put too much pressure on myself to do it all. 
 
A lot of people think because I teach others about parenting and feeling in control that I’m a perfect parent. That’s so far from the truth. I’m human too don’t forget.

  • What happens when you lose yourself to parenting and how to begin to find yourself again. 
 
  • How to get yourself out of a pity party and feel in control again. I use this technique on a weekly basis.

Before you start a pity party of why you can't doing something. Reconsider HOW to can accomplish it.
