"Leaders don't create more followers, they create more leaders." ― Tom Peters During the Summer of 2019, I did a little experiment. I signed up for several services that "managed" various social accounts we had on Instagram and what I found was nothing short of the reality that all of us know; these services simply deposit followers with no real substance. While we were able to increase the follower count, in a month's time we received no DMs from any of these new "followers," no DMs, nothing. Aside from increasing our follower count, we weren't able to do much else with these people. They didn't even engage with our content. So you see, it's not about how many followers unless they engage with your content and are converting consistently into your sales funnel. In this episode, I share with you in detail why.
