Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kunchacko Boban were initially part of the cast when Aashiq Abu announced the film on Basheer’s 113th birthday last year. But both actors have left the project due to scheduling conflicts, and they have been replaced by Minnal Murali star Tovino Thomas and Asif Ali.
