4: PM Modi talks about sending officers from AC offices to backward districts.
While addressing the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2019, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that 112 districts had been left like 'blank pages' by previous governments. He also said that the NDA government is sending officers from their air-conditioned offices to these 'aspirational' districts to ensure development.
