151: Stop Making It Better
Some things should be left as they are because if they improve it will cause more problems or injury. The unfocused leader sees every improvement as a step forward, the focused leader takes strategic steps forward in quality only in areas that they want to build upon. Not every improvement is a step forward. You might create a monster you didn’t want, and you might make something that needed to die harder to kill. Be cautious, be wise, about what you improve & do it strategically.
