For anyone who has heard me present or speak as a guest on another podcast, you have heard that I’m extremely passionate about trauma informed and restorative practices. My wife and I have been foster parents for over 6 years and we had the amazing opportunity to learn from Karen Pervis and her Trust Based Relational Interventions, which has really shaped my views as an educational leader.
