Working with SME's and Making it Awesome
Getting good at talking with Subject Matter Experts for our elearning and scenarios is ALWAYS a topic of interest, maybe because we demand too much and prepare in the wrong way? What about coming in with a model and expecting the SME to know nothing about our elearning project, in effect letting them be the Subject Matter Expert in their domain and letting us remain one in ours.
