Why Do You Care?
In episode 10, Izzy and his guest Smurf have a great discussion about not caring about the thoughts and opinions of others. Although they both do reveal that they both use to care about them. Most people hesitate to do and say certain things because of the fear of what others will think. The realization is that no one's opinion is going to pay your bills. In reality, what one thinks about themselves is what is most important as your thoughts create your reality because "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he".
