Stoner Food Critic Aims High With Restaurant Fundraiser That Benefits DC Health Care Workers I'm Joel Haas.  I've eaten my way around America's marijuana friendly states legally high and am now creating videos of my experiences and meals for charity. Currently at home in Washington, DC ordering take out and supporting DC's finest locally owned restaurants daily.  All funds will used to purchase gift cards from DC's best restaurants that I have visited (See list below.).  All gift cards will be donated to DC hospital and health care workers.
