Forgive the nature of a state-specific podcast today, but Stigall’s home base has the opportunity to forever prevent PA Governor Wolf and all future governors from locking down their state endlessly. Two major constitutional changes – Question 1 and Question 2 are on the ballot today in PA. All registered voters can turn out until 8pm ET tonight and vote YES on both questions 1a2 to give all citizens a seat at the table in future long term emergency declarations.
