In what has to be one of the craziest days yet in this pandemic, the CDC Director and *President Biden tried to explain how vaccinated people could be maskless outside in small groups. But not large groups. And why the vaccine wasn’t enough to keep people unmasked unless everyone else got a vaccine, too. Which is the least scientific thing we’ve heard yet.
