In this interview, Natalia Karayaneva, CEO and founder of Propy, explains how real estate transactions can be fully conducted using blockchain technology. Propy has just completed its second blockchain-recorded property deal in California. The home, located in Daly City, sold for approximately $917,000. The property was purchased in U.S. Dollars and each step of the transference was executed via Ethereum smart contracts, making this the first residential transaction to be fully executed end-to-end on a blockchain platform.
