D.C.: Making things work better during disasters

Many truckers have experienced the frustration of trying to get supplies into a disaster zone, only to encounter roadblocks and confusion. Now, a new federal initiative is intended to help get the right people to the scene in the wake of major disasters such as hurricanes, terrorist attacks or earthquakes.
