There are 868 coronavirus cases in North Carolina as of March 27. There have been 3 deaths. Today Governor Roy Cooper issued a stay-at-home order for the entire state that goes into effect Monday. President Trump signed a $2.2 trillion relief bill for businesses and taxpayers.
