'Shermageddon' 2.0?

The Sherman Minton Bridge is the Louisville area's oldest interstate bridge, but it is getting more use than ever because it remains free, while the $2 billion I-65 bridges started collecting tolls in 2016. WDRB.com reporter Marcus Green discusses the options to manage traffic during the project and how we might avoid another "Shermageddon."
