The L.A. Report for Friday, May 21

Here's your news this morning: After hours of public comment, California's workplace safety board decided to wait to change coronavirus regulations; Some West Covina residents are voicing their opposition to the city council's plan to break away from the LAA County Health Department. Members of the group Change West Covina submitted a ballot initiative this week to reverse the decision.  This program is made possible in part by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, a private corporation funded by the American people.
