CLR-E85: The Monk of Mokha
3 Years ago, I published an awesome story about a guy who had dedicated his life to saving Yemeni coffee. Through the years since, Jesse and I have enjoyed many opportunities to talk about and share Yemen coffee and the work of Mokhtar Alkhanshali. Now his story is immortalized in the work of Dave Eggers, in the book titles 'The Monk of Mokha.'
In this episode, we recall the early years of sharing Mokhtar's story, meeting him, and our experiences with Yemen coffee.
