Tim Wendelboe comes to the La Marzocco Cafe at KEXP in Seattle, for the month prior to SCA Global Coffee Expo April 20-23. We sit down and enjoy the Finca Tamana on Chemex, musing a bit about different culture's approaches to specialty coffee. We also brew the coffee on the Kalita Wave and give a little bit of a Kalita v Chemex viewpoint.
