Zeus Rebel Waters.On this episode I get acquainted with St. Louis native Zeus and his background in the music business. During our conversation I learned that Zeus got his love and passion for music at the age of 5 when he began performing at talent shows with his best friend and cousin. From there Zeus would go on formulate the group Pimped Out Gangsters (P.O.G.). Zeus or at the time Ruka Puff would go on to create the hit single "Wobble" which set the city of St. Louis on fire and ended up on Q.95 and in all nightclubs throughout the city. As Zeus' career continued to flourish he would release the track "Angry" which landed him a deal with Mack 10 and Hoo Banging Records. While signed to Mack 10 Zeus would drop Escaped: Off the Chains which would later add Nate Dogg on the song. This song would later be payed at many NFL Football games, in the movie "Waist Deep" and on the tv show "The Sopranos" After having a successful run under the moniker Ruka Puff is when Zeus Rebel Waters was birthed. Zeus now calls his music a "Pot of Gumbo" because his music is filled with a mixture of Country, Afro-pop, RaB  and more.  Zeus is currently has his own record label " Born Ready Records" and just recently signed on with an S.U.I.T.E. an L.A.  based management company. When not performing Zeus is a teacher at Every Childs Hope Evangelical Children's Home where he connects with the youth within his community in hopes to steer them in the right direction.
