Losing weight can feel incredibly stressful. TRUST  ME. I GET IT.  Boy do I get it. I used to LIVE in constant stress about my weight loss and/or lack thereof.  This week I experienced the kind of weight loss stress I hadn't experienced in a long time, and was inspired to share that with you because I THINK ITS ESSENTIAL TO TALK ABOUT.  YOU create your weight loss stress. IT IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL. I decided to opt out of this BS stress I was creating for myself, a long time ago, and when I did- that's when my weight loss results actually improved, not to mention THE QUALITY OF MY LIFE.  But again, I get it.
