Cornelia Sorabji helps Paddanashin Women

After returning from Oxford, Cornelia decided to assist women who were prohibited from interacting with men outside their families, particularly the burkha-clad women from princely states. Numerous instances of injustice occurred among these women. In the 19th century, Cornelia provided legal aid to hundreds of them.
