Stop Texting and Go to Sleep!

Most teens do not get enough sleep. According to the National Sleep foundation one study found that only 15% reported sleeping 8 1/2 hours on school nights. Consequences of insufficient sleep include moodiness, difficulty concentrating, and a reduced ability to comprehend and retain what is learned. A brain hungry for sleep can even be deadly.
