Season 16 Ep 11: Word of the year

As 2023 gets underway, the chatter about resolutions will persist.

People want to exercise more, read more books, unplug from devices, and drink their requisite amount of water every day. For several years, we fell into the trap of making resolutions but quickly realized that that lost traction. So, we decided several years ago to switch it up from resolutions to a word or phrase of the year. Our WORD implementation has helped us both tremendously focus on that word or phrase all year, but it especially helps as a reminder when things get confusing or hazy. WHAT WILL YOUR WORD or PHRASE OF THE YEAR BE?
