Locked away in the Elias Estate are the eclectic and dangerous sundries of Charles Pell. Mountain man Moses, Kenneth the gambler, and Oswald the hobo king, detecting some foul play (or was it horseplay?) have staged a mid-day break-in in hopes of some answers. Meanwhile, Estelle, Anjana, and Cherry set up a cheerful little picnic at the head of the drive, sharing occult follies and metaphysical memories, ready to sound the alarm in case trouble arrives.
