Episode 27 - What’s uncomfortable and how it can help you be more intentional?

In today's episode, I wanted to share a few questions to ask yourself.
Have you ever noticed when you feel uncomfortable? 
Have you ever noticed how it really feels? How long that sensation stays? How long are you thinking about it?
First, let me tell you WHY it matters: when you can be ok with feeling uncomfortable, it puts you back in the driver seat of your life. It allows you to live your life with more intention, and when you are more intentional, you’re able to accomplish more of what you actually want to do and be win-win. 

So are you ready to explore being uncomfortable?
