Tracking Progress Beyond The Scale
I started my weight loss journey 4½ years ago. My goal was to get to 130-135 lbs from 142. I currently weight between 145-150 lbs but I am healthier, stronger, leaner and have a much healthier relationship with food. If I only focused on the scale to measure my progress I'd be disregarding all the amazing progress I've made over the last coupe of years. This is why it's super important to track your progress in different ways. The scale doesn't show the whole picture!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀No matter what your goal, it's important to pay attention to other progress like: how your clothes fit, strength gains, your relationship with food, your relationship with your body!
