Today I have Karen from Healthy GF Family and if you don’t know who she is, she happens to be one of the most creative and artistic gluten free foodies out there. Her instagram had me at Taco Tuesday. You don’t believe me, check her out for yourself. Today I have the honor and privilege of speaking with her.
