Episode 36: No Barriers with Garrison Redd
In this episode, I speak with athlete, para-powerlifter, and public speaker Garrison Redd. A native of Brooklyn, NY Redd was a standout running back for James Madison high school. When he was 17-years-old he suffered a spinal cord injury after being shot in the back which left him paralyzed from the waist down. He didn't allow that incident to limit his life. This is his story.
