How to enjoy Christmas without guilt part 2 | FOOD

Everything I work towards is driven by my passion of helping girls and women feel good in and about their bodies free of restriction and guilt. The festive season in particular is a time that society normalises guilt and fear around food and our bodies. There are summer shreds, gym deals for the New Year, restrictive post-Christmas diets all claiming that we need have festive fat to lose and summer bodies to gain. This is not a how to keep on track over Christmas guide or a how to maintain your progress through the festive season. I have developed this list of tips and reminders to help you enjoy this festive season without the guilt that we are made to feel. Today I am talking about avoiding guilt at Christmas in relation to food. I am so passionate about this topic and it’s one of the reasons I wrote my Summer recipe eBook. Without further ado Let’s get into my list of 6 food and nutrition tips to help you enjoy Christmas without the guilt.  Real Health instagram: realhealthpodcast Ebony’s instagram: ebonymayhealth Purchase my recipe eBook: summer-snacks-smoothies-and-salads Ebony’sYouTube:UC7TqQchNocuEp_ZVlbp0gUQ Song: Merry by IKSON https://youtu.be/0waXBPX-n9s
