Watching our Thoughts

This meditation was an evaluation of our thoughts of ourselves and others when we are in a learning/teaching environment. Personally, I loved this meditation! We walk into a school, and into a classroom, and watch our feelings (emotional and physical) and then watch those feelings turn to thoughts. It is a great way to observe ourselves learning something new (or old), being taught by others, and truly being present. In reflection, watch how you respond to learning new things, and how you teach others. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/jill-pape-lemke/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/jill-pape-lemke/support
