Here is my conversation with my friend Michelle Anhang in Toronto Canada. We discuss the death of her husband by suicide. We talk about his diagnosis of Bi-Polar Disorder and a form of Schizophrenia and the struggle that led to his death. Michelle talks openly and honestly about hiding the truth about his death, by calling it an accident. How that hindered her grief process, and how that delayed her healing.
