African-American Women Pharmacy Leaders Past a Present
This episode will describe the role and journey of several African-American women pharmacy leaders and the social and political environment affecting the opportunities for these practitioners. It will also explore the role of pharmacy education in improving diversity and inclusiveness in the workforce as well as the ongoing issue of health disparities and opportunities to address the problem.
