Why this draft opinion is stunning, illogical, devastating, but with one silver lining all rolled into one. Why presidential elections are all about the Supreme Court, where are you now Susan Collins?, goodbye rights to privacy (and NOT just with abortion), and why we need to stop viewing the Constitution as the gospel (yes, my reference to the Bible is not a coincident) and see it as a breathing, evolving document.
