Bill Wade: TireRack.com Street Survival By Team C/of/C Wednesday, January 13, 2021 Today, we are proud to introduce you to Bill Wade, the National Program Director for TireRack.com Street Survival. Originally formed in April 2002 by the BMW Car Club of America Foundation, the program is more than coaching young, less-experienced drivers on how to handle their vehicles in emergency situations; it’s about staying safe – and alive. It’s time to head to the Bluegrass State where we’ll meet Bill and learn how he and his crew of volunteers are making a real difference.
