James Thomson and Jon Wilmot:  San Diego ‘Customz’ Scene       By Team Cars of Carlisle Wednesday, October 21, 2020 Today, head out to the U.S. West Coast to hang with custom car aficionados and amigos, Jon Wilmot and James Thomson.    For over 20 years, these San Diego based best friends have worked together to create incredibly special custom machines, unlike anything else.  James has bought and sold dozens and dozens of cars, refining his creative designs with each vehicle.  Ultimately, he has earned admiration and respect from his peers all across the industry.  Meanwhile, Jon has been applying his incredible talents by spraying automotive paint projects that have elevated him to a well-deserved high-standing among his contemporaries.
