As the first female chosen to be part of the Thunderbirds Air Force Demonstration Squadron, Nicole Malachowski has led an interesting life. Her interest in flight began at a young age, prompting her to join the Civil Air patrol. After her Air Force career, she worked in the Obama White House and later became an advocate for tick-borne illnesses after contacting such an ailment.
