Ron is a U.S Navy veteran and served over 20 years with the New Jersey State Police. He spent much of his time within the department’s aviation borough which eventually led to him earning his role as Unmanned Aerial Systems Program Coordinator and Subject Matter Expert for the NJ State Police. He now serves as the principal and founder for his own drone consulting firm – Leach Strategic Partners.
