Despite being one of the best in the business, not many people outside the firearms industry have heard of Mossberg Director of Media Relations, Linda Powell. While she didn't grow up as an outdoorsman, Linda has become an ambassador for hunting and a role model for women in shooting sports. After a short medical field career, she changed directions and joined Remington Arms Company where she learned to hunt as part of her job. Later moving on to Mossberg, she continued hunting and has become one of the most experienced hunters — of any gender — of North American game. An enlightening and inspiring conversation, Host Brent T. Wheat talks with Linda about family-owned Mossberg, being a late-blooming hunter, her appreciation for shooting and her experiences as a single parent teaching her son how to hunt.
