This film, if it’s long enough to call it that, is the second (of three) to take place in the Batman: The Animated Series universe. What does Mr. Freeze do when Nora needs a transplant? He trains a couple polar bears, teams up with Frank Sinatra, and kidnaps Barbra Gordon! Well… kinda.
