In this episode I talk about the storms that have been slamming Ohio non-stop this year, including a tornado in Dayton a couple nights ago. We have been lucky through it all, and really just benefiting from all the rain that's been feeding the garden ???????? I also talk about the importance of talking vacation time and why we need to disconnect from work and recharge ourselves. I think it's also important to separate from work so we realize it is a part of our lives, but not your complete identity in life.
